Since Drew and I decided to get married less than a year from when we got engaged (last month!), we started wedding planning almost immediately. First thing on the list was to choose and secure a wedding venue, which we’ve booked! You can check out a video on that whole search HERE. Next up is ordering wedding stationary, like a personalized wedding guest book, save the dates and simple wedding invitations! I’ve just received samples from Basic Invite and wanted to fill you guys in on the process.
Basic Invite is a truly custom invitation service, with almost unlimited color options, over 900 invitation designs and the ability to upload your own design! Being a graphic designer, I knew I’d want to upload my own design. It was so easy, and I was able to order five different samples of varying designs and paper type before placing my big order. They came super quickly and I was stoked on the quality.
While I’ll definitely be sharing more of our wedding stationary, for now here’s a peek at our save the dates! The process of ordering samples was so easy, plus Basic Invite collects all of my guests’ addresses for easy (and free) envelope printing. Major score!
If you follow me on Instagram, you probably voted in the poll between the above designs. Which design do you think I chose? Stay tuned on my IG feed to see the final design!
