Brand Spotlight : San Lorenzo Bikinis

At the end of this past summer, the Trendy Chickadee team took a little trip to Oahu, Hawaii! While walkin’ the streets of Haleiwa with a Hawaiian shaved ice in hand, we stumbled across a San Lorenzo Bikinis storefront. I had worked with San Lorenzo before on a little video for their Manhattan Beach store, so we stopped in to look around! The gals at the store were so sweet and hooked us up with tons of bikinis from the newest collection, so we headed out to play + explore! Oh, and we took a few photos, too 🙂

San Lorenzo is known for their sexy, sporty swimwear perfect for a day of snorkeling or hunting for seashells. They have what feels like unlimited styles, patterns and colors. Plus, all of their suits are reversible! Nothing better than two-suits-in-one.

The idea for San Lorenzo Swim was born in Lima, Peru and the line was truly created when the founder moved to Hawaii. Between their South American roots and their new island lifestyle, the Figueroa family created a line perfect for the surfer girl, the tanning, sun loving girl [ me! ], the swimmer, half mermaid girl + every other type of girl you can think of! San Lorenzo is the perfect blend of Hawaiian style and Brazilian flair. Be warned, the styles are cheeky…so you’re bound to turn some heads!

How cute is my intern slash assistant slash travel buddy, Becky?! She helps me out with all that boring TC stuff that you guys don’t see, plus she’s a total beach babe who’s lived in Hawaii and grew up in California. A real life mermaid!
